Psychological Therapy for Adults
Sometimes the reason you come to therapy is clear. Other times, it can be harder to put into words.
Therapy can help you understand not only what you’re experiencing, but what may sit underneath it - including the patterns, behaviours and experiences that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others.
Psychological Therapy for Children & Teens
When a child is struggling, it isn’t always easy to know what’s going on - or what they need from you. You might notice more worry, bigger emotions, changes in behaviour, or simply that they don’t seem quite themselves.
Therapy can help your child better understand themselves and what they’re experiencing, while developing practical ways to manage emotions, express what they need, and feel more confident navigating their world.
Psychological Assessments
ADHD • Cognitive (IQ) • Specific Learning Disorders A psychological assessment is about more than a diagnosis. It can provide a deeper understanding of the individual behind the results.
By bringing together an individual’s history, day to day functioning, and standardised assessment measures, this process can build a detailed picture of what may be contributing to current challenges, alongside clear recommendations for support. Assessments are available for children, teens, and adults.

‘Know all the theories, master all the techniques, but as you touch a human soul be just another human soul’ - Carl Jung
This philosophy sits at the heart of how I practise. I bring evidence-based approaches and clinical experience to our work, while recognising that you are the expert in your own life. Therapy, to me, is a collaborative process - one where we bring our different expertise together to understand your experience, make sense of patterns beneath it, and work towards your therapeutic goals.
Alongside therapy, I provide ADHD, cognitive and learning assessments for children, adolescents and adults, with an emphasis on looking beyond the symptoms to understand the individual behind them.
